Number 3-Elf
Elf is a thing for me cosplay people who are extreme people who love Lord of the rings. World of Warcraft etc. and who basically want to express themselves believe that they are people of the Elvish race then they can actually go into surgery get a piece of cartilage removed at the top that is pretty much get a piece of skin folded to a point and then eventually Hill into pointy ears and make them look like elf.
That is absolutely ridiculous.
